WHO: Anyone wanting to get in shape for summer, burn a MEGA-level of fat & calories, INCREASE current fitness level, or BEGIN a fitness routine with accountability!
WHAT: 30 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)! High-intensity does not mean high impact - modifications provided! Easy to follow, repetitive movements!
WHEN: April 10-May 27 (SPECIAL SESSION: 7 weeks with the first week FREE for all participants! Try it out! Bring a friend!)
3 package times offered:
8:30am- Monday & Wednesday (2 day program)
4:30pm - Tuesday & Thursday (2 day program)
6:30pm - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (3 day program)
FREE: BONUS DAY or MAKE-UP DAY - Saturday 10:30am!

2 day program: $13/week for 6 weeks = Total $78.00
3 day program: $20/week for 6 weeks = Total $120.00

- If you miss a day, there is a make-up time on Saturday at 10:30am - or go an extra day of HIIT:30 at no cost!
