HIIT:30 Summer Session I

WHO: Anyone wanting to get in shape for summer, burn a MEGA-level of fat & calories, INCREASE current fitness level, or BEGIN a fitness routine with accountability!

WHAT: 30 minutes  of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)! High-intensity does not mean high impact - modifications provided! Easy to follow, repetitive movements! 


WHEN:  May 30 - July 1 (just 5 weeks this session, due to holidays)

2 package times offered for summer:

8:30am- Monday & Wednesday (2 day program)

6:30pm - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday  (3 day program)

FREE: BONUS DAY or MAKE-UP DAY - Saturday 10:30am! 


WHY: ACSM ( Amercian College of Sports Medicine) recommends 30-min of cardio every day. This program will encourage you to get your mind & body trained into a habit that will have lifelong benefits. PUSH YOURSELF! TRY SOMETHING NEW! COMMIT! JUST 30 MIN a DAY to see great results!

COST:

2 day program: $13/week for 5 weeks = Total $65.00

3 day program: $20/week for 5 weeks = Total $100.00

  • Choose a time that works for you & sign-up at the front desk or pay online below!
  • If you miss a day, there is a make-up time on Saturday at 10:30am - or go an extra day of HIIT:30 at no cost!

DEADLINE for sign-up: May 30.  Late sign-ups will be prorated.
