Kids ages 3 - 6, A beginning ballet class that will help improve your little one's balance and flexibility, and will teach basic ballet skills. This class will keep your kids excited about dance! Our princess-style classes are sure to encourage a fun, creative learning environment.
Hip Hoppers with Claudia, Wednesdays 4:30 - 5:30pm
Kids K - 3rd grade, Fun hip hop style dances to the latest kids music. An upbeat, exciting way to get kids moving & shaking!
Tuesdays @ 12:05 - 12:50pm AND Wednesdays @ 5:30 - 6:15pm
Not enough time to exercise? Like to get more results in less time? Tabata is a 30-minutes of high intensity interval training. This class includes a warm-up, cool-down, and 5 sets of tabata. Each tabata is a 4-minute session of 8 intervals of very high intensity exercise which can be modified to high or low impact. This class is efficient and effective. Anyone can do Tabata!! But, Tabata is not for beginners. It is for anyone currently in a workout routine looking for a way to boost your metabolism and raise your heart rate quickly.
